(B) Working as Process SR.Engg. In M/s PATNAIK STEELS & ALLOYS LTD (1 * 350 TPD DRI

Plant, 1 *15 MW Power Plant, 3*10ton Induction Furnace & running project of 1 * 500

TPD DRI Plant At- Purunapani, Dist- Keonjhar (Orissa) from 1 st may 2007 to 5th Aug 2011

(C) Now working as an Asst. Manager (operation) in M/S SUPER SMELTERS LTD (2*350 TPD DRI

plant,2*100 TPD DRI plant, 1*18 MW power plant,2*24ton induction furnace,2*9mva ferro

alloy plant, running project of rolling mill, briquetting, sintering, ss billet, Hot strip mill, piping

& 35MW captive power plant at- jamuria, raniganj, burdwan(WB) from 8 th Aug 2011 to onwards.

JOB PROFILE :-

• Having sound knowledge of direct reduction process,

process control, quick reference temperature, controll

room operation and raw material characteristic &

smoothly running to plant.

• Most important thing is that maintaining kiln campaign

life longer, high quality product & excess production in

campaign.

maintaining from WHRB to power plant.
