DynCorp 2012- 2013
Vice president of Program Contracts
Managed the contracts function for the LOGCAP IV Program, which provided
support for US military personnel in the Middle East. The program's annual
Dyncorp budget was $1.6 Billion. Responsibilities included management of
contracts activities from solicitation through contract closeout. Served as
official interface between Dyncorp and the Department of Defense, and
negotiated the annual budget. Managed the work-flows of 22 contracts
personnel in the US and 24 in theater.
RPSEA 2008- 2012
Contracts Director
Managed the Procurement and Contracts functions. Responsibilities included
administrative support for subcontract awards from the pre solicitation
phase to subcontract closeout. Provided expertise and counsel in Contract
Management, Procurement Management, Government Property Management and
Federal Regulatory Compliance. Managed the RPSEA prime contract and
interface activities with the Department of Energy.

$600 million corporation. Managed an annual budget of over $2 million and
the workflows of 43 professional direct reports. Provided official
corporate interface with outside customers and counsel.
. Provided legal support to Human Resources that have
reduced liability from potential EEO and employment activity
claimants.
. Worked as a member of an Alternate Disputes Resolution team
that resolved outstanding claims of over $100 million against our
largest customer. Added $15 million profit to bottom line and
