TITLE: A LOW POWER BIT SERIAL MULTIPLIER FOR FINITE FIELDS GF (2m)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A LOW POWER BIT SERIAL is used in bit storage for finite fields and GF (2m) algorithm
is used for the storage. Finite fields or Galois Field GF (2m) are important in many practical
applications such as error correcting codes, switching theory, encryption and decryption protocols
in Cryptography. The language of VHDL is used and the software of Xilinx is adopted to verify the
design.
