Ecoclean I was responsible for the installation,
start up, production support and after Market Sales
of our washers, automation and industrial coolant
filtration systems. Our equipment handles several
aspects of the Automotive Industry. I covered the
Southern areas of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee,
Mississippi, South Carolina and more.
I have several years of experience in this field
and have covered all aspects of the job from start
to finish and after Market Sales. I recently
finished a multimillion dollar installation in
Columbus, MS where we have 5 washers and a central
coolant system along with several pieces of
automation. The washers remove machining chips and
debris from truck engine heads and blocks. The
coolant system is for all the machining in the

As Service Manager/Customer Service Coordinator at
Kalida Truck, my responsibilities included the
coordination and/or scheduling of all production
work through the shop. New installations, repairs
and warranty. I was directly responsible for
customer satisfaction and equipment delivered on
time. I had as many as 10 mechanics that answered
directly to me. I was also responsible for shop
safety and maintenance. I worked closely with the
Sales Manager to ensure all jobs were done on time
and completed according to the original orders.
I did all the necessary work to gain Kalida Truck
"MVP" status with the NTEA. I also implemented many
company/employee policies for this growing company.
We installed and repaired all different types of
truck equipment, dump bodies, service bodies,
cranes, salt spreaders, snow plows.
Service Manager

As Service Manager at Henry Filters, my
responsibilities included coordination of
metal working coolant filtration systems
installation and start up. This equipment is used
by the big three automotive companies (GM, Ford,
Chrysler) as well as Tier one suppliers. These
responsibilities included the warranty work on this
equipment and understanding and utilizing cost
effective measures in solving warranty problems.
Also, when necessary, troubleshooting problems on
site. I also was in charge of aftermarket and
spare parts sales.
Many times I traveled and perform any or all these
activities myself. As Service Manager I was
responsible for bringing together Manufacturing,
Service and Engineering through SEM meetings to
implement necessary changes, continuous
improvement, and preventative actions. I was
responsible for keeping track of customer
satisfaction and reporting customer feedback
through Key Measurables for ISO. I took all
customer calls for installations, problem solving,
and warranty issues.
I was responsible to plan, schedule and oversee
many of these jobs at once, sometimes during
certain plant shut downs there may be 5 - 10 jobs
going on at once all over the country they were my
responsibility to get done in a timely cost
effective manner. I had up 15-20 employees that
answered directly to me. I scheduled all service
technicians as well as all aftermarket projects. I
was also in charge of providing all parts manuals
for new installations.
I am experienced with PLC programming and ladder
logic and possess the ability to trouble shoot and
diagnose these areas. I also have a great deal of
experience with industrial heat exchangers,
chillers, centrifuges, oil skimmers and automation.
I have a good knowledge of many different types of
machining processes. I have had extensive training
in safety and confined space programs. Dealing with
the Automotive industry I have had numerous
experiences with production related situations,
such as timing, work around the clock, do whatever
it takes to get production back up and running.
Therefore I am very use to working under pressure
and dealing with emergencies.
Service Coordinator

Worked under the service manager taking all service
calls and coordinating installation and warranty
work that needed to be done on metal working
coolant filtration systems. I was responsible to
order parts needed for warranty and start up
installations. I left this position because of
promotion to Service Manager position.
Service Engineer

As a service engineer I was responsible for the
installation and warranty work on equipment as
scheduled by the service manager. These duties were
taking a supervisory role and or actually
performing the work at the location the equipment
was being installed or worked on. In charge of
debug and startup of the coolant filtration
equipment on new installations. Debug included
reading blueprints, troubleshooting electrical,
understanding fluid flow, hydraulics, pneumatics,
piping, and understanding PLC programming which
controlled the equipment. Equipment worked on
included metal working coolant filtration systems,
vacuum filters, pressure filters, conveyorized
systems, chip processing and handling, oil recovery
systems, parts washers, heat exchangers, chillers,
centrifuges and many different machining
operations.
Welder
10/1987 - 8/1994 Fletcher Machine, Weston, OH
Fabrication of industrial coolant equipment. This
included many types of welding (wire, stick,
stainless steel, mild steel, cast iron). Most
welds performed had to be liquid tight and die
checked. Some of my duties included working with
automated welding machines. Also used and operated
automated burn tables. Operated fork lifts, heavy
cranes, boom trucks. This also required a good
knowledge of mechanical and electrical blueprint
reading.
