High School Computer skills, answering phone, people skills

Unfortunately I don't have a resume at this time but I can make one . I have knowledge in computers, I had computer courses in high school. And at my previous job I answered a phone and took orders. I have very good people skills and I think I would be great for the position. Please let me know if you need anything else from me to consider me for the job.
