F ROM 2012 till date: I n H D FC Bank I worked as a permanent teller

w hich included cash and non cash transactions. I have a lso

u ndergone forex tr ansactions which involved inwa rd and

outwa rd currency remittance.

From May 2011 – 2012: From a Management Trainee, I was confirmed as a permanent

staff and was upgraded to an assistant manager by the bank. Accumulated knowledge

regarding the various banking operations at the cash counter and the customer enquiry

desk. I handle portfolios of the HNW clients, deal lobby management of theirs and try

to retain them with the bank and introduce them with the personalized facilities. I also

seek for references to introduce myself to fresh bank customers through them.

From May 2010 – May 2011: Worked in HDFC Bank Ltd. as a Management Trainee

(Retail) and gathered the skills of front desk office (May I help you?) counter. Also

gathered knowledge of the various products offered by the bank like CASA, term

deposits, third party products like life insurance, policy sponsored by HDFC life and

had cross sell them to the existing customers and new to bank customers.

insurance policies sponsored by HDFC Life.
