application [ACGP Plant].

A-frame GRN screen.

. Created New Dialogue program for A-Frame GRN in SAP.

. Create outbound IDOC for A-frame GRN [Shipment.no, Slip.no and Year]

. Existing data has been uploaded to SAP tables using Excel upload

program.

2] A-Frame Detailed Reports.

A-Frame GRN History

Developed ALV report to show the A-Frame GRN details.

. The report has been generated again GRN date.

. ALV report contain invoice.no, shipment.no, vendor code, slip.no,

received date, issued, and received A-frame and remark.

. Issued and received A-Frame count has been summed at the end, against

Transporter.

. User can able to calculate number of A-frame count in plant by using

the above report.

Pending A-Frame History

Developed ALV report to display the A-Frame pending history.

. Cell color and column color has been set Credit day limit against

customer to receive A-frame.

. Created Mail alert Program for Pending A-frames.

A-Frame Bended History

. Developed new alv report to display the damaged A-Frame frames

history, used at the year end to collect debit remark from customer

side.

A-Frame Tracking report

. Developed new alv A-frame tracking report to track the root map of A-

frame.

. Tracking has been done against date.

A-Frame Gate passes Printout

. Developed smart forms for A-frame Gate pass print out.

. Company logo has been uploaded in gatepass using se78.
