This project involved support of the HP PPM 7.5 including Demand, Project, Time, Financial,

Resource and basic Deployment Management Modules, HP Service Now In tegration, and

custom reporting (including Mat-View creations and PL/SQL Reports).

Responsibilities:

Involved in enhancements of existing PPM 7.5 implementation in Project Management,

Resource Management, Finance Management, Demand Management and modifying

Database Packages, Functions and Procedures as per the client’s requirement.

Support of existing Project, Resource & Financial Management Reports and Bug-Fixes.

Implementing changes in existing views, packages, functions etc. as per the required

f unctionality.

Employee Recruitment System March 2011-

Project Summary:

An-Enterprise requires a recruitment system for their placement services. The system will start from

resume submission from applicant. Once resume is submitted, recruitment committee will verify the

resume. After verification written test would be conducted. If candidate scores more than 60% in the

written test, he/she would be called for the interview. Results of the interview would be shared with

HR department and accordingly HR will either call the candidate for the HR discussions or send in a

rejection mail to the candidate. If candidate is passed in the HR discussions, formal offer letter would

be issued to them. Minimum Qualification required; BE, B.Tech, MCA.

Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering for the recruitment process.

Understanding of basic processes involved in the recruitment system.

Automating the recruitment process via implementation in PPM.
