Responsibilities:
Involved in enhancements of existing PPM 7.5 implementation in Project Management,

Database Packages, Functions and Procedures as per the client’s requirement.

Project Summary:
An-Enterprise requires a recruitment system for their placement services. The system will start from
resume submission from applicant. Once resume is submitted, recruitment committee will verify the
resume. After verification written test would be conducted. If candidate scores more than 60% in the
written test, he/she would be called for the interview. Results of the interview would be shared with
HR department and accordingly HR will either call the candidate for the HR discussions or send in a
rejection mail to the candidate. If candidate is passed in the HR discussions, formal offer letter would
be issued to them. Minimum Qualification required; BE, B.Tech, MCA.
