Managed over 100 employees and supervisors overseeing the direct plant
manufacturing and operations of the machine shop, along with two
fabrication shops with an influential and motivational leadership style,
accountable for achieving the manufacturing revenue plan, while managing
cost and driving efficiencies. Insured the safety and wellbeing of the
team. Some of my responsibilities included machining carbon and titanium
subsea stress joints up to 49' long, pull tubes out of carbon steel and
connectors for subsea raiser pipe. The Fabrication area specialized in both
high volume and custom fabrication while maintaining cost and schedule
performance through strategic staffing and planning. The high volume pipe
shop is fabricating production subsea raiser pipe to customers
specifications. I was directly responsible for the quality and
profitability of the products manufactured while maintaining a schedule to
the customers.

Managed the implementation of ISO/TS 29001:2010 (API Q1) quality management
system for certification by API and the implementation of quality work
