Improved Mechatronics for Safe Ride Major Project

An improved mechatronic system which sense and controls the ignition of two

wheelers to provide the safety for rider. The system also consists of a Digital

Locking facility. Digital code locking and unlocking by use of four numbered toggle

switches to effect sixteen combination out of which only one combination matches

the connection to connect the ignition. The sensing circuit present in helmet which

gives signal to the base vehicle through radio frequency signals. Alcohol

breathalyzer which is a part of the two-wheeler and the driver has to blow the air

onto the unit which will sense the BAC level and if it exceeds the set limit, will

trigger the buzzer thereby disconnecting the ignition. If any parameter is not

followed, will activate the receiver circuit for RF signals and put on the siren

when near the check post or police vehicle. This prevents any unauthorized person

from handling or meddling with the equipment or the vehicle. It also consists of

automatic ignition off when in the idle run for more than certain time in seconds.

Non-linear analysis of Aircraft wing rib for static and loads.

Mini Projects

Completed in Apr 2014. Used ansys software to analyse the loads on component.

Analysis of truss structure project.

Feb 2014. It helped to elevate understanding and analyze trusses.
