Skills / Accomplishments:
I take pride in helping deserving people afford the move-in cost which includes the first and last month’s
home site fee. Everyone has different circumstances and with my primary goal assisting them, many who
would have walked and move elsewhere were saved and the contracts were signed. My corporation had
alternatives that made these adjustments easier, but there are times when TLC is required to make things
happen where everyone is a winner and feels great about the transaction. I took a property that was rather
run down and turned it into a beautiful up-scale community increasing the value of the property and homes.
I hold a Qualifying Party license with Fire, Building and Life Safety, as well as being a notary. I also am an
active member of PNP (Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol) and Block Watch.
Personal Statistics:
Marital Status - Married Husbands name is Tom.
Tom is employed at Holiday Spa to manage the maintenance team in the upkeep of the grounds and
reconstruction of homes that were either purchased or acquired by the corporation. His skills are numerous
and the quality of his work is superior to most who work in general areas of physical contract labor. Tom
would be available to accompany me to a new assignment if such requirement would be of option. He will do
well in the interview, but more so in his job performance as he has maintained a standard of excellence for
over 30 years in his field.
Reasons for Searching a New Opportunity:
I have many reasons to work in the property management business for as long as I have, but the main reason
is because the constant changes to each day that gives no pause to boredom. I have been working for the
same company since 2002 and now feel it’s time to elevate my career with new possibilities and challenges.
The company has gone through their growth trials and errors and I hope that my efforts contributed to their
continued successes, but I need to make the change if possible.
I am reliable, on time as scheduled, kind hearted, and hardworking, even after scheduled hours. If you are
searching for a dedicated manager, before you make any final decision to hiring, please give me the
opportunity to prove that all that I have placed here and upon this resume is true to best of my knowledge
and ability.
If you have any further questions that will aid in making the right decision about me, please ask.
Thank You,
