Warehouse Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Distribution, &

Manufacturing.

o Delivered cost effective IT services to company at 1.7 percent of revenue.

o Delivered $800m in Ecommerce and EDI revenue annually.

o Provided IT systems & services for call center order management of $350m

annually.

o Integrated all systems for a major merger of a $600m and a $400m company over

2011

• Executive Product Management of the transformational web based Healthcare Informatics

platform for delivery of healthcare analytics to improve healthcare quality and reduce

costs.

o Conceived and implemented an innovative, and unique approach to the business to

business (B2B) web portal, informatics platform, and knowledge management

systems.

o Directed the product management and delivery of the Performance Improvement

Portal with annual revenue growth exceeding 15%.

o Implemented multiple online Healthcare Collaboratives in support of Alliance

initiatives to improve the quality and costs of healthcare providers.

Amgen – Thousand Oaks, CA Director 2006 – 2009

• Led the Executive IT Operations Council to establish and govern corporate wide

development, service delivery and operations of the $190m annual systems portfolio.

o Established common corporate disciplines in budgeting, portfolio management,

Software development Life Cycle (SDLC – RUP), and operational service delivery

(ITIL)

• Executive leadership of a key corporate initiative to negotiate, implement, and govern a 7

year, $1.4b Global Sourcing Program to provide multi sourced IT development and

operations.

o Led the team that analyzed the business, conducted the RFP, and structured the

personnel.
