Warehouse Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Distribution, &

business (B2B) web portal, informatics platform, and knowledge management

systems.

o Directed the product management and delivery of the Performance Improvement

Portal with annual revenue growth exceeding 15%.

initiatives to improve the quality and costs of healthcare providers.

Amgen – Thousand Oaks, CA Director 2006 – 2009

• Led the Executive IT Operations Council to establish and govern corporate wide

o Established common corporate disciplines in budgeting, portfolio management,

Software development Life Cycle (SDLC – RUP), and operational service delivery

• Executive leadership of a key corporate initiative to negotiate, implement, and govern a 7

year, $1.4b Global Sourcing Program to provide multi sourced IT development and

operations.

personnel.
