Fast drying Steel varnish, Fast drying solid & metallic PU(2K) etc

compliance with SASO, ASTM.

Reduced cost for solvent based various coatings products & wood

stains, and PU & polysulfide sealants,

Provide on-site & phone support to the customer for product

complaints recommending solutions, manage investigations and

reports. Reduced customers' payouts approximately 90% on alleged

paint product problems in the year 2013-14.

Streamlining product formula for ease of production.

Support Quality control managing batches during troubleshooting.

Introduction of New raw materials having market survey for quality

improvement, cost benefit & also as alternative of existing raw

materials for time management in case of shortage.

More interested on surface chemistry working on surface modifiers

to achieve superior surface finish in all types of industrial

coatings.

Coordinate with HSE department for product stewardship & hazard

communication. Conform to 5S methodology & conduct internal 5S

audit.

Made coordination between R&D and process.

Analysis of products for water clarification & cellulose

treatment, stickies & deposit control, filler treatment in Pulp &

Paper process industry. Most of these products are surfactants.

Needed to be conversant with the complete chemistry & engineering

part of the application system/process. Product performance being

evaluated in lab, as their performance were related to process

parameters like pH, temperature, concentration of inherent

species.

Understanding customer's need & having an audit over their process

& system went for trial with the chosen lab tested program(

combination of various products).

Handling customers sorting out their issues on process was a big
