2012-Present Multi-Site General Manager/Area Trainer (Equity Lifestyles)

Oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of five award winning resort style communities throughout

Florida, consisting of 25 employees, 1500+ units, two golf courses and a waste water/water treatment

facility. Responsible for maximizing profitability of the resorts by analyzing and preparing of annual

budgets, variance reporting, monthly and quarterly re-forecasting, identifying market trends and

controlling cost through newly implemented policies and procedures. In addition to overseeing the day to

day operations I also directly manage the sales/marketing department, which has achieved the highest

sales volumes in the last year versus the two previous years combined. In addition to my every day task I

also help train new managers and assists and senior regional managers with new marketing strategies.

2007-2012 Community Manager/Manager Support (Greystar Management)

Assist Regional Manager with management functions, new property transitions and other responsibilities.

Responsible for managing the leasing up 352 apartment homes on a fifty million dollar class A property.

Manage a high quality on-site staff through implementation of effective recruitment, training, motivation

and developmental programs. Monitor service request turnaround and ensure the responsiveness of the

maintenance staff. Maintain a high level of customer service awareness in relation to both residents and

prospects. Implement new sales and marketing plans, to effectively maximize rental income resulting in

effectiveness. Preparation of quarterly and yearly budgets for multiple properties and locations.

successful cost control and revenue improvement programs.

2005-2007 Assistant Manager (Synergy Properties)

Providing a second-in-command presence to interpret and consistently implement the policies and

procedures of the company while maximizing over all property occupancy. Assist in the hiring,

termination, and training of all personal, plus aid in general management supervision. Monitor financial

reports, to insure weekly, monthly, and yearly budgets goals are being meet for the property and owner.

Completely responsible for implementing and executing all local, web, and print advertising, while

strengthening and building business to business marketing. Employ current and potential resident

retention programs to help maintain an 80% renewal/closing ratio for the property.

2004-2005 Account Manager, RentWay (now RAC)

Reviewing and managing rental-purchase accounts daily, to ensure both their needs and the company's

goals are met. Assisting store manager in performing a variety of duties necessary to support the store's

daily operations, in a effort to expand the company's overall bottom line.

2003-2004 Assistant Manager, Lifestyles Family Fitness

Provided information to perspective members regarding club facilities,

programs, memberships and personal training options. Assumed the responsibilities of the club manager

in his/her absence from the facility. Promoted retention, value, and professional follow-up. Also aided in

the complete rebuild of club management, turning the currently ranked fifteenth club into number one in a

matter of weeks.
