Inbound Replenishment & Outbound Operations Manager

Responsible for inbound and replenishment functions of a high volume USDA

order fulfillment & replenishment operation. Managing all functions to

ensure timely and accurate product receipt and put-away/replenishment of

over 90k sku's for over 600 stores. Currently managing the pick to store (P-

T-S) picking department, DTC lines both utilizing Lighting Pick and

shipping for outbound shipment.

information on how much and what times Kan Ban deliveries were

through Lean Manufacturing which cut component related down time by

coordinating two satellite warehouses with the main facility for full TL
