RELATED EXPERIENCE
For Medtronic Inc. Northridge, the diabetes division of the global medical device
company, I work within Regulatory operations to facilitate relations between
Medtronic and the FDA to maintain the standard of efficiency and effectiveness of
all Medtronic Minimed products. As part of this I work alongside other departments
in the collective effort to drive company growth, customer satisfaction, and service
excellence both globally and domestically. Daily I work to critique and improve
customer relations, customer satisfaction, procedures within the company and
efficiency of Medtronic Diabetes treatment products.
Throughout my education at the University of Mobile, and later as an Assistant to
the Media Director at Samford University, I dealt with and performed a great many
written and oral assignments, assisted in planning media proposals, in which I was
required to investigate, research and then report and accurately inform others on a
topic.
I assisted in the inception of media campaigns for University Relations and second
party organizations. Also included in my responsibilities was tracking and follow up
with University departments regarding media ploys and initiatives. I have hands on
training with camera equipment, as well as media related video editing software.
I am a highly motivated person, with strong personal goals of meeting and
exceeding every vocational and personal objective that is asked of me, and going
beyond that which is asked of me. I hold myself to high character standards, as I
want all that I am as a person, and all that I do as an employee to reflect my high
standard of integrity and inner moral character.
Strengths: Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as highly
detailed. I am also a people person who holds all my relationships with high
regard. People are to be prized and relationships cherished. The well being of
another is a high priority for me, especially in the client relationship. I am
comfortable working in a fast paced environment as a team, or by myself. I am well
experienced on Microsoft Office Software.
