Directed business planning and P&L management. Responsible for operational oversight of up to 300
associates and sales oversight for up to a $50 million budget. Led up to eight direct reports fulfilling
responsibilities in production, field services, sales, engineering, human resources, quality assurance,

Developed and executed a comprehensive business plan, reduced variable expenses, and drove continuous
improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality; increased profitability
