As unit First Sergeant I directly communicated and assisted the unit commander in the
management of all administrative support programs. I served as a liaison between unit personnel
and various agencies on and off base. I conducted and documented interviews with

I initiated and reviewed official personnel records; processed and reviewed a variety of personnel
