Keeping Check on execution as per quality required as per drawings.
Ensuring Completion of projects within time and budget, without
compromising quality.
Meeting time schedule set for the completion of the project. & Change
Management.
Handing over the site to the Client.
Settlement of the bills given by the vendor..
