PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Munitions War Planner, Osan Air Base, Korea, Dec 2012-present, 40 hours per week
Filling this position, I oversaw the management of 51.7K tons of materials on 19 accounts supported by
600 United States Air Force members and 541 foreign nationals in 410 facilities in 11 locations that
secure a $4.8 billion inventory. I was directly responsible for oversight that successfully manages and
maintains war reserve inventory by ensuring the correct balance of on-hand assets are available that
support daily peacetime and contingency operations. I also developed a working budget, requisitioned
supplies, and provided future project estimates supporting strategic plans and decisions.
• Designed, executed, and oversaw plan to transport 4,161 tons of excess, obsolete inventory
consisting of 8.98 million items from seven sites in 35 days. Reduced unnecessary maintenance and
inventory actions over 50%. Enabled the majority of a 38.3 million item inventory to be positioned
at the point-of-use significantly reducing transportation requirements of raw materials prior to use.
• Led the short-notice planning, packaging, and shipment operations using land, sea, and air
resources for 404 tons of unserviceable material creating 235 thousand cubic feet of storage space
while eliminating four year transportation backlog.
• Designed and coordinated a peninsula wide strategic war movement plan with five agencies to
execute the movement of 68 tons of wartime materials to the point-of-use necessary to execute
operations due to limited storage capabilities at operational sites.
• Assessed the United States Air Forces wartime munitions movement plan strategy through
analysis of over 3000 planned movements from worldwide locations that solidifies strategic plans
that enable “just-in-time” component delivery techniques necessary to accomplish the combat
mission. As a result, critical assets are safely and securely stored in geographically separate
locations increasing safety and allowing for dispersal of assets preventing total loss of in the event
of an emergency or contingency.
• Planned, drafted, and evaluated bilateral logistics support agreements with foreign governments
on mutual support issues.
• Coordinated inter-organizational/inter-service transfers of munitions resources enabling cross-
functional use of components required to bridge shortfalls/gaps in supply chain.
• Requisitioned shortfalls supporting the Korean Theater of Operations wartime requirements
taking into consideration pre-positioned stocks, storage site capability, and worldwide supply
availability that enables United States Forces Korea the ability to posture preferred stocks at the
point-of-use, reducing early conflict movements by 2,083 tons, thus freeing limited air transport to
focus on other pressing requirements.

Air Force’s largest unmanned aircraft fleet. Additionally, I organized and equipped personnel that
supported continuous combat operations rotations around the world while acting as the focal point for
all active duty, guard, reserve, sister-services, and foreign units requiring munitions support.
