• Developed and implemented new metrics to measure the efficiency of the electrical design development process
and related design errors for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Developing Model Based Systems and electrical design process to improve reuse efficiency within the electrical
development cycle
• Provided technical engineering leadership and due diligence for $90M aquisition
Product Marketing Manager (Integrated Solutions Division)
Effectively managing several product lines and custom products. Developed marketing strategies and strategic action
plans to capture new business.
• Implemented product and marketing strategies for two new product lines, including pricing strategies,

Successfully implemented processes driving original equipment manufacturer (OEM) returns down through engineering
design changes by 80%. Implemented Corrective Action process driving root cause investigation in low reliability
products which resulted in resolving and reducing warranty claims by 50%.

Software Manager (Landing Systems Division)
Effectively supervised and managed a team of approximately 300 staff including contractors at nine locations including
HCL India. Delivered 787 Brake Control System as one of the first certified systems on 787 after it was publicly
identified as holding up first flight.
• Held productive daily meetings with Boeing and GE leadership discussing current progress and status.
• Developed annual budgets totaling $20,000,000 and scheduled timely delivery of certification software.
Software Supervisor (Landing Systems Division)
Recruited and maintained staff requirements consistently meeting customer goals, including top grading staff to enhance
company capabilities for the future. Implemented a structured staff training program significantly improving staff
knowledge on internal development processes which was highly regarded by Honeywell management.
• Collaborated effectively with Embraer correcting a problem on the ERJ145 aircraft. This program is now used by
Embraer as a case study showing other suppliers how to commit and work through difficult problems
Senior Software Development Engineer (Landing Systems Division)
Developed requirements, software design algorithms and C coding for auto-brake functionality for the 787 program.
Analyzed and resolved several generations of 80196 ASM code for reliability issues on ERJ145 program.

Provided oversight to Integration of Mission Computing Software Subsystem to system hardware platform having over
1,500,000 lines of code.

Completed scheduling and resource profiling for new phase of HFMOD project including planning for $15,000,000
budget.
System Integration and Test Supervisor (High Frequency Modernization Project, Australia)
Coordinated test resources with Australian Defense Force for execution of test program. Successfully managed four
