Qualifications
Setup and operation of manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, drill presses, sharpen tools and
light maintenance of equipment, quality control. Operate and maintain Automatic Screw
Machines (Acme Gridley). I can read prints, use calipers, micrometers, inside diameter gauges,
feeler gauges, dial indicators and height gauges. I can braze, solder, spot weld, tig/mig welding,
deburr, drill and tap and finish a piece ready for shipment to customers. I can use electrical
testing equipment, refrigeration equipment and all hand tools. I can operate forklifts (15+ years
experience), pallet jacks, lift tables and most other equipment. I can do all machine work
(excluding EDM/CNC) to the individual die parts and assemble die from print including realign
punches manually and setup and operate punch presses.
