Professional Experience
Electrolux Global Appliances 2013
• Quality Engineer Technician developing processes and documentation for daily and
monthly operational procedures. Creating databases using statistical research to improve
and implement quality systems. Develop analyses and evaluations requiring advanced
statistical methods to include statistical quality control (SQC) and statistical process
control (SPC) applications. Implement audit systems, including closing out audit
findings, creating audits reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
Southwest Tennessee Community College 2006-2013
• Academic Advisor interviewed and advised students regarding information, procedures
and academic requirements of a specific program or major. Assisted students in exploring
careers, evaluating academic abilities, and setting goals. Presented academic information
to orientation groups’ 100-200 potential students and parents every semester.
