Identity Theft Protection Project: Provide members help with getting enrolled in the membership and assisting them

with any general questions about the product. My main objective is to help meet the needs of our members who are

company. I help retain our members by providing a full benefits presentation of the service and explain how the service

helps protect them against identity theft.

ABG Insurance Project: I worked as the 3rd party administrator for various financial institutions and the insurance

products they offer. I assisted customers with solicitations they receive to join the service, general questions about

insurance, billing questions, and filing claims. My main goal was to provide the best customer service possible and

remind members on how important the insurance is to have when they are making a decision to discontinue their

policy.

Traveler’s Advantage Project: Offer members customer service designed to help them save money on traveling

expenses such as: hotel reservations, rental cars, flights, and cruises. I help enroll customers in the service, answer

general questions or concerns, as well as retain members

who want to discontinue their service.
