Description: This press work up to 55T, it used to find the withstanding

strength of material

Responsibility: Parts Drawing, supervising the work, Machine delivery,

Assembly and commissioning

iii) Project Name: Flux Coating press

Client: Nuclear Welding Alloys

Description: This press is used to coat the flux on the welding rod

Responsibility: Complete Cylinder Drawing, Bill of material, Hydraulic circuit

drawing, testing

iv) Project Name: COIR Press with Scissor lift

Client: Century Fibre plates ltd.

Description: This press having 15day light and it used for making coir mattress

Responsibility: Complete press and lift drawing, Assembling and validation

v) Project Name: COIR Press

Description: This press is used to produce mattress; it is 7day light capacity

Responsibility: Complete Machine drawing including parts.

Description: This press having 1500T capacity used for re-tread the tyres

Objective: We developed two composite materials like

I) FRP (Glass fibre with resin)

II) Hybrid FRP (Carbon Glass fibre with resin) using hand layup method.

Characterised by tensile test and compression test. Finally compared with the

results obtained by the tests.
