Directed financial division and $4.6 Billion Medicaid budget. Oversaw efforts of Medicaid financial team and resulting
budget requests to Kentucky legislature. Provided Cabinet leadership with budget policy recommendations.
Responsible for multiple vendor contract oversight and monitoring. Served as Project Manager for MMIS
implementation. Led project implementation team of internal IT consultants & managed national vendor team.
