Manage daily production on 4 different production lines and address any
downtime and quality issues.
? Designed, commissioned, and integrated a Production Cell that
alleviated 5 different customer quality concerns. Decreased manpower,
expedite costs, and customer returns in the amount of $900,000.00 per
year for the remaining 5 years of the program.
? Worked with and implemented in the manufacturing line Fanuc welding
and material handling robots in the manufacturing of automotive engine
using stamped metal parts.
? Designed, suggested, and assisted in the replacement of older MotoMan
and Panasonic robots with Fanuc robots. Designed the layout for the new
robots to accurately work within the production process and suggest
changes that needed to occur to assist with the variances in the welding
