PROJECT SUMMARY:

Title : Mobile Number Portability

Team Size : 04

Scope : Mobile Number portability allows subscribers to move from one

mobile network operator to another while retaining their original MSISDN,

there by customer will be offered with new SIM &IMSI number from opted new

operator - which is called is "porting". The project deals with

configuration changes in existing database to support MNP for the wireless

network core nodes: VLR, MSC/MSS, HLR, GMSC.configuration change in call

routing for MNP.
