oversee 40+ quality managers/coordinators/inspectors/support personnel

with accountability for reducing costs, eliminating waste and boosting

work instructions along with internal audit controls

. Composed quality manual as well as trained employees on programs,

document control, corrective action, root cause analysis, inspection,

and 5S with development of work cells

Operations Manager. Thermodynamics, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (January 2003

November 2005)

. Managed 60 employees in a rotational molding facility with

responsibility for all aspects of the plant operations, such as,

production planning, quality control, safety, inventory MRP systems,

and human resources

Operations Specialist Project Management A.E.R.T. Inc., Springdale AR

(August 2001 to January 2003)

. Standardized equipment processes in the extrusion departments in

A.E.R.T facilities located in Springdale, Arkansas and Junction, Texas

. Modified dies to improve new product lines this included; designing

the profile for the dies, launching drawings on AutoCAD of these

profiles and using them to interpret machine work

. Conducted R & D work for new embossing process that applied wood grain

patterns in product

. Managed outside contractors on many assigned projects

. Purchased used extruders and ensured replacement parts and safety

stock for these extruders were interchangeable

. Worked with die techs to utilize 5S program in managing the

organization of their work areas and eliminated bottlenecks in the

setup times and utilized time management

. Served as project manager on the implementation of multi-conveyor

system

Production Lead. Webco Industries, Tulsa, OK (March 1996 to August 2001)

. Lead a 15-member team with accountability for achieving production

goals, served as liaison between production manager and employees

implementing continual quality improvements, challenging teams to
