Responsibilities:
. Product design of plastic and sheet metal components and complex
assemblies using Solid works/ Pro-E 3-D modeling.
. Detailed drawing of electro mechanical parts like plug, housing, drive
train and Electronics Bridge and assemblies in solid works & pro-E
with functional dimensioning and GD&T for the ease of
manufacturability.
. Maintain and create complete product documentation package including

Shape refinement of object by Loop Subdivision:

A smooth surface with shape control is developed with the combination of
subdivision, shape refinement and generated algorithms. Subdivision is a
process that helps to refine the initial mesh into a smooth surface. In
this project, I developed an algorithm for loop subdivision scheme and
applied to some objects to create fine mesh surfaces.
Structural analysis of solar panel mounted on roof:

This project involved in designing of the solar panel in executed the
analysis for the effect of wind loads on the surface of PV panels to
determine the maximum stress and deflection that the panels can with stand
without deformation.

Topology optimization of L-structure Beam:
Kingsville, TX
The topology of an L-Shape beam is to be optimized under a certain material
volume Constraint for its maximum stiffness. The scope of the project is to
analyze the stress distribution of an L-shaped beam. The Initial design
domain
Was discretized into finite elements using MATLAB Code. The stresses are
validated against those obtained from Ansys.
