Work:
Research Assistant at MD Anderson’s Leukemia sample banks. DNA/RNA isolations,
Ficolling, flow cytometry, cell culture growth, cell banking, etc. Worked with computer
programs and IT.
Teaching Assistant for Organic Evolution taught by Dr. Ximena Bernal at Texas Tech
University. Organic Evolution is a senior level course, required for all biology majors.
Led discussion sessions and implemented the online discussion using Blackboard. Set up
the video camera and audio system that the distance education students used. Helped
tutor students. 2013.
Sales associate at Home Depot. Helped to implement in Lubbock a new cloud-based
computer program to train employees and keep better track of performance. Helped
customers. 2012.
Fish Keeper at Mr Aquarium Store. Did water quality testing, cleaned aquariums and
