Designed a dissemination application to aggregate a wide variety of Measurement and Signature

Intelligence (MASINT), enabling IC analysts to access and analyze disparate datasets in ways that had

been extremely difficult previously

After acceptance of concept, became Senior developer for MASINT Central (MC) development team

Effectively lead the requirement collection, concept development, source code creation, testing,

integration, and operation of MC meeting all deadlines and satisfying all initial requirements

MC was accepted by the National MASINT Office (NMO) of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as

After the success of MC, the development team was chosen to redesign mascom.ic.gov, the

Lead the team for the MASCOM redesign which was accepted and is currently operational

implementation and integration for several projects involving web-enabled databases of various formats

including MySQL, MS SQL, MS Access, and Oracle using a ColdFusion/HTML/JavaScript front end

enabled a coordinated intelligence fusion network that incorporated all levels of intelligence reporting to

determine relevance at the tactical level-replaced the existing 1400 manual HTML pages with a user

managed, content driven system of templates requiring a minimal amount of webmaster interaction
