Final year Project
Title: Speed control of DC motor using LabVIEW
This project is mainly concerned on DC motor speed control system by using LabVIEW. It is a closed-loop real time
control system, where optical encoder is used to provide the feedback speed signal to controller. Pulse Width
Modulation (PWM) technique is used where its signal is generated using LabVIEW program. Here PC acts as PID
controller. The PWM signal will send to motor driver to vary the voltage supply to motor to maintain a constant speed.
Mini project
Title: PWM Inverter
Pulse Width Modulation or PWM technology is used in Inverters to give a steady output voltage of 230AC irrespective
of the load. The Inverters based on the PWM technology are more superior to the conventional inverters. The use of
MOSFETs in the output stage and the PWM technology makes the inverters ideal for all types of loads. In addition to
the pulse width modulation, the PWM Inverters have additional circuits for protection and voltage control.ICSG3524
forms the heart of this PWM inverter circuit which can correct its output voltage against the variations in the output
load.
