Since earning my Bachelor’s degree in Economics, I have worked continuously in the mortgage industry since

1995. My work experience has been based on project and client management. I posse strong problem solving

skills and I am adept at breaking down systems and understanding how they work. I have sales experience, in

both a retail and wholesale environment. I have worked with both in-bound and out-bound lead generation.

Originated and processed residential mortgage loans, with a retail branch of a mortgage banking firm. I was the

highest producer in my office and one of the top ranked loan officers with the company nationwide.

Originated mortgage loans across the US, in a high volume call center. My team worked with direct referrals

from deposit bank employees. I evaluated a large number of home loan situations per day, to find solutions for

clients with the banks products.

Wholesale Account Executive 4/2007 to 2/2009

Business to business sales and with licensed mortgage brokers, in the Portland Metro market. This division of

the bank was eliminated, when home lending industry contracted. In this position, I managed client relations

and work flow, with the bank's operation center. Conducted presentations of the bank's products and

submission protocols for the division's target market.

Opened and managed a retail office for a mortgage banking firm, based out of Birmingham, AL. Duties included

originating and processing residential mortgage loans, developing marketing strategies and newspaper

advertising campaigns, hiring and training of employees, monitoring branch budgets, and funding transactions

with outside investors.
