ESTIMATION AND ANALYSIS OF FAULT COVERAGE FOR AN INTEL XEON BASED SERVER DESIGN

Deliver Fault Coverage number for an Intel Xeon based server design in order to meet the targeted DPM

(Defective Parts per Million), thereby increasing yield. Fault grading requires design model at gate level

and RTL level. After simulation the faulty circuit output is compared with the good circuit output, any

change in the output indicates fault detection else fault is treated as undetected.

Tools: VCS simulator, Novas simulator, Fastscan and Intel Specific tools

MINI PROJECT: Low-Power and Area-Efficient Carry Select adder

The basic idea of this work is to use Binary to Excess-1 Converter instead of Ripple Carry Adder

Develop wireless Transfusion Supervision System for hospital staff to take care of ICU patients from

central computer using ZigBee technology for wireless data transmission. It provides an alarm of

abnormal conditions during the process of transfusion with safety and no trouble.
