performed daily check up log to maintain system availability and their peripherals, monitoring more than 8 servers
for more than 200 users from the data center. Loaded peripheral equipment such as tapes for AS400 system and
network backups. As an AS400 operator, performed different complicated tasks such as month end closings(run
programs and reports for Executive Mgmt), set up new output queue (system printers), changed users’ passwords
and observed peripheral equipment and error messages (traffic users) displayed on monitor of terminal to detect
