Project: IMS (Industrial Monitoring System)

Project Description:

In chemical industries since there are lots of chances for hazardous

gas due to increase in temperature of room or environment, this

application is specially designed to prevent leakage of gas. Currently the

application is existing with the wired connection and this is especially

wireless. By Setting the temperature using LED display of the application,

temperature sensor checks the value upto that stored. Once the temperature

exceeds, the signal from the transmitter to the receiver is stopped and

buzzer sounds for the exceed in temperature or the leakage of gases. By

default RF transmitter expects the signal from the receiver once the signal

is cut, it is the intimation for the leakage for the gas and can be able to

see where the leakage is happened.

Softwares Used: Embedded C, Keil Cross Compiler.

Hardware Used : 8051 Microcontroller, RF transmitter, RF Receiver,

Temperature Sensor,Relay, Gas sensor, LED Display, Buzzer.

Certified from KICCP for Cell phone servicing and Operations.

Participated in NSS camps in out of the cities in Tamilnadu.
