Tool of Automatic Test Pattern Generation.
Working Project: -
Automation of IP Qualification Test Chip Verification Environment: - Test Chip is special Silicon
Qualification Chip for post silicon validation and testing. Test Patterns are Cycle base Algorithm which used to
testing of Testchip. Manually Generated Test patterns quality is very poor so Development of test pattern
generation tool is needed for better test pattern quality. Test Pattern Generation tool made automatic generation
of Test pattern by giving some sort of predefined input.
Tool used : - Cadence NC Verilog and NC Simulator
Shell Programming, STMicroelectronics Internal Tool
Working on Other Activity at STMicroelectronics:-
Verification of the RTL and Netlist
Making Test Pattern of the Test Chip for different modes of TEST CHIP (as per Requirement )
Automation to reduced the front end design flow (Perl and Shell Scripting)
Parallel in Parallel out Counter: - Using Verilog hardware description language to write code for load/store
counter. This minor project contains explicitly defined load signal as an input to asynchronously loading the
input at particular state.
Tool used : - Xilinx ISE 13.2, Microwind and Verilog HDL
Barrel Shifter: - Using Verilog Hardware Description Language to write the code it has logical right/ shift and
arithmetic right/left functionality with control bits and how many number to shift the bits.
Tool used : - Xilinx ISE 13.2 and Verilog HDL
