and retail, combining a total of over Eight Hundred Forty Three Thousand
square feet.
Property Manager
. Financial - Responsible for the development, implementation and
administration of annual budgets for 10 properties, including
quarterly reforecasting. Additionally, prepare and submit monthly
variance reports for each entity and recommend capital expenditures,
to include long range capital planning.
. Acquisitions - Participate in the preparation of property conditions
assessment reports, including visual inspections, budgetary planning
and oversight of upgrades.
. Contract Management - Direct and coordinate the bidding and awarding
of numerous service contracts. This includes the development of scope
and comparative bidding based on the created scope. Services that were
bid and managed included cleaning, waste removal, landscaping and

customers, tenants, and owners, including speaking at public
neighborhood meetings, testifying in front of City Council and acting
as the representative of the Company and Center (s) in all public

improvements, expansions and capital improvement projects and tenant
build-outs, to include development of the scope of work, obtaining
