Learned all facets of heavy metal fabrication in a job shop environment by holding numerous positions
including; welder, fitter, quality control manager, CNC equipment operator, and plant supervisor. As plant
supervisor I was responsible for a two 10 hour 2 shift operation involving quality, on time delivery, and
customer satisfaction. Served as liaison between the president of the company and the workforce. Directly
involved in the growth of the organization from a small manufacturing facility to one that engages in nearly
all manufacturing processes from CNC plasma burning to heat treating, sandblasting and painting completed
fabrications.
