1. Presently working as Assistant Manager- Admin/Stationery(Warehouse

Incharge) at Corporate Office(North) of MUTHOOT GROUP from January 2009 to

till this date in DELHI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal

control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are

properly maintained.

2. Ensure that standard systems are properly maintained at warehouses.

3. Assist in the training of any counterparts in warehouse management best

practice.

4. Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans

prior to programming/contingency commodities arrivals.

5. Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of commodities and

inventory.

6. Prepare loading plans and ensure that standard waybills are duly

complete.

7. Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and

dispatch of goods

8. The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment,

ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met

9. Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring

staff performance and progress

10. Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to

ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.

11. Check with staff for changes that could affect delivery schedule; make

schedule adjustments as needed

12. Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials entering or leaving

warehouse; help Storekeepers with this task when required.

13. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling

with data storage system. Update the Fixed Asset Management software of

the Company to monitor stock control.

14. Prepare & maintain MIS records, office documents, records of bills,

payment etc

15. Manages general correspondence, postage, company documents,

statements and reports related to Stationery and dispatch section

16. Prepare budget for purchasing General stationery, Marketing materials

and IT equipments in every quarter with help of Finance Department and

prepare Purchase orders for the same

.

CIRCLE. At Kannur in Kerala(from june2008 to December 2008)
