2008-Present Locomotive Engineer and Safety Representative

CSX Birmingham, AL.

I work various shifts in all weather providing both local and road service. I am qualified on 6 different sub divisions

totaling over 400 miles of territory. Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of rail freight, deciphering

work orders and train manifest to ensure correct placement of cars and rules compliance. I investigate and collect

information on potential hazards within my territory, organize events with local management to promote safety,

and conduct quarterly industry inspections.

2006-2008 Driver

Pro Tow Hoover AL.

Work standard shifts as well as on call for emergency situations, maintain paperwork on all impounds and

recoveries for police agencies. While in the office maintain lot inventory, prepare for monthly auctions and release

vehicles to their owners.

service plans, and corporate rentals. Revenue goals were achieved through constant follow up and making

progressive changes to our plan as we met our short term goals. Success was based on setting a goal,

a weekly basis to attain a pool of candidates to step in and be trained if any turnover occurred. Stores averaged

a staff of five employees plus me. All total three of the Assistant Managers that I trained and mentored moved on

to run their own stores.
