• Responsible for managing and maintaining 23 provider and 8 nursing schedules in IDX system while working

with members of Primary Care teams to ensure compliance with the Medical Home model. Working with Human

Resources to report and track provider time off for vacations and CME. Maintain provider confidential files. Approve

and manage provider time off requests. In charge of Diabetic referrals and letters and the Televox patient reminder call

system. Produce Variance reports for the department manager which showed reasons for possible budgetary gain or

loss. Create weekend triage reports of providers on call and weekly provider schedules and communicate with staff.

Maintain website www.amion.com to reflect provider monthly and weekly call and Provider changes as needed.

Design and disperse daily same day access reports to the Organization across four departments and Executive

Management. Cross trained to help cover check in and check out of patients with labs, appointments and tests.

Bumped and rescheduled patients from providers schedules. Built Master schedules and templates for all providers in

the department using IDX software. Paged provider on call in department for emergent consults from other providers.

Filled in for front desk registration/check in and greeted and registered new patients. Processed data entry for patient

demographics. Trained 5 new schedulers. Generated general clerical and some private billing for Tel-medicine

services.
