Developed an outbound Extract of SAP Payment Document Data to Documentum/E-Connector.

multiple Bank Accounts. All the information that was printed on the check was obtained at the time of
processing with no hard coded values.
Developed a Custom Customer Invoice Statement Sapscript that lists all the line item details of an
invoice along with the Payment terms and Due date. The Customer details and Company Info are printed as
the Header Level.
Developed a Tax report to list all assets and their Book and Acquisition values along with their
Depreciation values. The report is a multi sectional report with major sorting of Depreciation Area and sub
sorting by Company Code.
Client: Nestle Foods
Position: ABAP/4 Technical Consultant
Duration: July’01 to Feb’02.
Developed a SAP Interface between EDI and SAP for inbound sales orders (850)
from customers to create sales orders in SAP.
Developed IDOC Control Reports for Inbound Sales Orders (850). The report
selection was based on IDOC create date, Sold to party, Sales order #, Idoc status etc.
Based on user selection, the interactive report would display Sales Order (VA03) or
IDOC details (WE02).
Developed an Accounts Receivable (AR) report that reports Credit Term level AR
open item totals by Payment Terms within a Sub-division for each Division. This
information, as required by Nestlé’s Credit department, to complete month-end reporting
and allocations, is not provided in standard SAP supplied reports.
Developed a FI interface to provide the COGS (cost of goods sold) module with data
from the Factory Management System (FMS1). FMS1 will provide an actual cost of
production on a monthly basis for each finished product (SKU) per factory to the COGS
module.
Created a SD Report that generates a list of Sales Orders and STO line items that got
cut due to stock situation. This Report helps in informing the customers if there are
materials that they wouldn’t receive on their order.
Created multiple Sapscripts for both Invoice and Deliveries. These include the
Customs Declaration and Sugar certificate.
Client: Andrew Corporation.
Position: SAP Technical Consultant
Duration: Apr’00 to May’01.
Developed Gentran map and coded user exit in SAP for Credit and Debit memo. This
CPR billing module creates invoice data, which is sent to SAP to generate a debit memo
request. During creation of the debit memo request, SAP calculates the taxes for the
invoiced amount and generates an invoice.
Maintained the invoice extract program, which extracts invoice information from
SAP on a daily basis for use by the legacy systems to maintain the current functionality.
The extracted data will be stored in custom SAP tables.
Created accounts receivable periodic report to verify the results of data migration from legacy.
Developed an EDI report, which displays the errors in the invoices and purchase orders when
the daily EDI transactions are performed.
Developed a number of BDC programs for initial data transfer of Material master, Vendor
master, BOM, Cost Centers etc.
Developed a report program to display the daily inventory and value at plant and material
level. It then posts the net value in the general ledger in FB01 transaction.
Developed EDI Report for reprocessing inbound EDI documents that failed initial process or
have a status that requires user attention.
Created both classical and interactive reports by using screen events and formatting options.
