a. BIM Project Manager May 13’ – Present
• Regulate and manage the completion of the 3D model for the D1X fab base build and progressive build
projects at Intel’s Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro, OR. Responsibilities include: CAD standards
enforcement, clash resolution and adjudication, RFI management, space reservation, and ensuring the
coordination between the A/E and the GC.
b. Project Coordinator May 13’ – Present
• Manage and coordinate special projects at the Intel Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro, OR from conception
to completion. Responsibilities include: Scope development, writing and submitting proposals, cost
estimation, sub-contractor management and coordination, submittal review, RFI response, scheduling, and
customer interface.
c. Mechanical Designer May 13’ – Present
• Produce mechanical designs for special projects at Intel’s Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro, OR.
• Support mechanical design for tool install and base build projects at Intel’s Chandler and Ocotillo, AZ
campus’.
• Produced SLRP report including a 2 and 5 year look ahead for the mechanical facilities for CH4 at Intel’s
Chandler, AZ campus to be used for a facilities upgrades, and cost analysis.

d. Intel Chandler Campus - CH1 Database Update Jan 13’ – May 13’
• Updated the CH1 PFD’s and plan views utilizing laser scanning technology for field verification, and as-
built models for quality control.
• Developed process flow diagrams for all mechanical and process systems within the scope of the project
based upon the updated plan view drawings, existing base build packages, location specific design packages,
and field verifications.
e. Team Lead - F22 3D as-built model. May 12’ – Jan 13’
• Managed a 6 person production team.
• Coordinated, and compiled all team member work into weekly deliverables utilizing Leica Cyclone,
AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Throughout the production process, using the concept of continuous improvement and lean thinking,
developed and implemented internal procedures for quality control and efficiency.
• Developed the procedure for bay to bay coordination and alignment during the final QA effort.
