1998- 2002 - Senior Facilitator for the Tom Peters Company. Involved in
design and delivery of a
variety of interventions often customized. Major topic areas include
leadership, cultural diversity,
innovation, branding and customer service. Have been given the title of
"WOW Guru" due to extensive
experience with clients surrounding project management. Also, delivered
numerous speeches on a
variety of subjects including inclusion, teamwork, motivation and strategic
planning.
Performed executive coaching and participated on key client internal
planning committees. Top Revenue producer for three
straight years.
1994 - 98- Director of Field Sales Training. Western Southern Life
Insurance - Overall management of
training and development needs for all field agents and managers (over
6,000). This includes design
and delivery of courses, seminars and programs involving sales skills,
management, leadership,
building a positive culture and team building. Additionally, managed staff
of field and technical
trainers. Instrumental in designing new approaches to education, management
and selling process.
President and Owner of the Pace Group of Indiana and Senior Diversity
Consultant. Complete P/L responsibility of Human Resource and Management
Development Company. Areas involved included: business development and
sales, employee and cultural assessments, diversity initiatives,
performance evaluation, training curriculum and ROI analysis of
intervention efforts. Company experienced 41% growth in 1994 and 39% in
1993. Personally conduct consulting, executive and training sessions.

Primary roles were management of sales and marketing efforts for an
emerging company. Personally recruited, trained and maintained a
nationwide and international dealer/distributor market. Complete
responsibility for marketing efforts that took new technology from
introduction to over $1 million in sales for 1992. Hired, trained and
managed sales managers and staff. Personally constructed and conducted
training programs, audio-visual aids and advertising materials. Interfaced
and trained with EPA, Hoosier Environmental Council and other government
personnel.

Territorial responsibility for selling a variety of industrial equipment.
Included were industrial trucks, power conveyors and distribution systems.
In first year distinguished as "Rookie of the Year". Promoted to sales
manager. Ranked in top 10 of all USA sales personnel in 1983. Recruiting,
hiring, training responsibilities while maintaining own territory. Market
share in largest product in 1984 went from 25% to over 60%.
USAF- Captain Trained as Cryptographic System Analyst and Repairman.
Awarded Airman Education and Commissioning Scholarship. Four years as
Division Manager of Communications System Segment, NORAD Cheyenne Mt.
Above top secret cleared. Personally established and maintained a
counseling center for over 1500 military and civilian personnel.
Constructed and conducted individual and group sessions. Also, Faculty -
"El Paso Community College" - Conducted classes in Resume Preparation,
Interviewing Techniques and Communication. Selected as Distinguished
Graduate Squadron Officers School. Personally named by Commander to join
faculty in instruction of management, leadership and communication skills
to the top 10% of Air Force Officers.
