Director of Construction

. Progressive responsibilities started in 2006 as Sr. Project

Manager tasked with growing a team that could produce a 12

store per month objective for growing corporate owned

locations from 243 stores in the then four southeastern

states

. Promoted to Construction Department Head and took on the

responsibility of the company's FF&E warehouse in Atlanta and

was tasked with moving it to Pooler,GA.

. Managed the team through a one year bankruptcy period of slow

growth but heavy remodel and relocation projects

. Coming out of the bankruptcy was promoted to Director of

Construction and tasked with growing the team to what it is

today and bringing the store count to near 1600 stores in 18

states across the US by monthly opening an average of 28

stores, remodeling 10 and relocating an average of 4

. Accountable for annual budget in excess of $40M covering

design, development, and overhead

. Manage a team of 50+ construction professionals that I

strategically expanded from a small team of three as growth

dictated. Arranged these team members in 8 sub departments

thereby creating functional experts and an assembly line

approach to the production environment.

. Created a department vision where strategy execution is

everyone's priority requiring the alignment of people,

processes, and technology to achieve success for our retail,

distribution, and corporate office expansion initiatives

. Relocated a 5,000 sqft FF&E warehouse in Atlanta into a

30,000 sqft location in Pooler, GA

. Managed all new construction and tenant improvements in the

southeast for Restaurant Depot, Office Depot, Home Depot,

Petco, and Best Buy

. Oversaw the construction and co-locations of cellular towers

and equipment in the southeast for Sprint Wireless

. Rallied a team two days after Hurricane Katrina landfall and

Spent eight months working out of an RV in Louisiana to help

Home Depot (by request of their Sr. Management team) build

out their garden centers in the ten stores that were

devastated by Katrina to benefit and assist the local

community in rebuilding.

. Managed the Engineering division of AM Broadband Services

. Oversaw three Project Managers and twelve subcontractors

within various sub-divisions of engineering (walkout,

drafting, design, permits, fiber, and new builds)

. Major clients included AT&T & Comcast

. Moved and managed between corporate office and client

provided offices to ensure efficiency and expectations

International FiberCom, Inc. - Lawrenceville, GA / Wayne, NJ / Denver,

. Formulated engineering programs and organized project staff

. Reviewed product design for compliance with engineering

. Was called upon to bring the offices located in Wayne, NJ

(six months) and the Denver, CO (three months) back up to par

from a production perspective by hiring the proper staff and

implementing the proper process ad procedures to ensure

standards were met
