Director of Construction
. Progressive responsibilities started in 2006 as Sr. Project
Manager tasked with growing a team that could produce a 12
store per month objective for growing corporate owned
locations from 243 stores in the then four southeastern
states
. Promoted to Construction Department Head and took on the
responsibility of the company's FF&E warehouse in Atlanta and
was tasked with moving it to Pooler,GA.
. Managed the team through a one year bankruptcy period of slow
growth but heavy remodel and relocation projects
. Coming out of the bankruptcy was promoted to Director of
Construction and tasked with growing the team to what it is
today and bringing the store count to near 1600 stores in 18
states across the US by monthly opening an average of 28
stores, remodeling 10 and relocating an average of 4

design, development, and overhead

strategically expanded from a small team of three as growth
