. Organized the receiving dock to increase efficiency, set up separate
areas for freight, damaged goods, and returns.
. Used hi-lifts and fork-lifts to store goods and to pull down stocks
for order pickers.
. Expedited movement of incoming goods to meet front office requests for
upcoming promotions.
. Provided information for the pickers and the office staff about
available stocks and part numbers, as well as locating missing
inventory.
. Participated in implementing a work structure change to function in a
self-directed team.
