of implementation.

• Developed and implemented quality procedures which improved the customer quality rating from 93%

• Oversaw the daily operations of a very successful high school in the State of Idaho with 1,300 students and
135 teachers and staff members.
• Chairman of the committee for five schools in Cairo, Egypt regarding the School Improvement Plan Model
and evaluated each school for Accreditation.
• Evaluated teacher effectiveness through classroom observation, data analysis, and actionable feedback
utilizing teaching and learning framework; effectively handled student discipline and conducted parent
meetings when necessary.
• Oversaw and managed the construction of a $7,500,000.00 new gymnasium and performing arts center.

AMERICAN FALLS HIGH SCHOOL - American Falls, ID - 1999 to 2003
Oversaw the daily operations of one of the most successful high schools in the State of Idaho with 480 students
and 78 teachers and staff members.
• Developed and implemented the School Improvement Plan process for the high school and presented the
plan at the annual meeting of the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges in Portland, Oregon.
• Oversaw and managed the construction of a $19,000,000.00 new high school.
