I have b e e n a licensed commercial real estate agent f o r fourteen years’ with professional
experience in all aspects and service of commercial real estate. In the present I do site selection for a
local developer, I work as leasing agent for local and national tenants including retail and office. I have
maintained construction schedules and oversaw the sites for development including sites visits. Currently
I also work as an assistant Property Manager for over 2,000,000sf of retail space.
Included in my professional experience includes: Solving client’s problems by going above and
beyond, presenting offerings to various investment groups, ability to acclimate to any given situation,
always maintain a positive attitude, implementing and maintaining the right programs to build a strong
foundation for a company. I’ve manage a property in excess of 29,000sf located in Downtown Saint
Petersburg while maintaining a successful real estate pipeline.
